Jan Rader, RN, is a Deputy Chief with the City of Huntington, West Virginia, Fire Department, serving since 1994. She is an instructor for West Virginia University Fire Service Extension, as well as an EMS instructor for RESA. Ms. Rader is also a Registered Nurse who works in a local emergency department. For the past year, Ms. Rader has been a member of the Mayor’s Office of Drug Control Policy helping facilitate real solutions for the growing heroin epidemic.
