Appointed Executive Director of the Philadelphia-Camden High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) in July, 2004, Jeremiah Daley, MBA, is in his 12th year with the program, covering Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania; Camden County, New Jersey; and New Castle County, Delaware. Among the Philadelphia-Camden HIDTA’s initiatives are 11 enforcement task forces, a regional intelligence center, and a training initiative. Prior to his appointment, he was an Inspector with the Philadelphia Police Department, with assignments in patrol, civil affairs, training bureau and narcotics division. Mr. Daley is a graduate of Temple University (bachelor’s in criminal justice) and Holy Family University (MBA with concentration in public administration). He attended the Northwestern University Traffic Institute, the FBI National Academy, and the John F. Kennedy School of Government’s Senior Executive Fellows program. He is 2016 President of the Police Chiefs Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Franklin Towne Charter Schools.
