Kim Manlove, MS, AB, is an experienced administrator for state and federal level projects with responsibilities for grant development and implementation and program administration, fidelity and evaluation. A person in long-term recovery from the disease of addiction and mental illness, he is a knowledgeable and compassionate advocate in the areas of public health and human services. Mr. Manlove is skilled in convening community stakeholders and developing collaborative partnerships from diverse sectors to address shared concerns and identify solutions. He is currently the Director of the Indiana Addictions Issues Coalition, a subsidiary of Mental Health America of Indiana.
