Kim Moser serves as the Director of the Northern Kentucky Office of Drug Control Policy. She came to this role with medical and legislative experience, working many years as a Neonatal Intensive Care and Flight Nurse. Ms. Moser serves as Legislative Chair for both the Kentucky and American Medical Association Alliances. She is Past-President of the KMA Alliance, serves as National Director for the AMA Alliance and as KY Physicians’ PAC Chair. As Legislative Liaison to the Northern KY Heroin Impact Response Task Force, she helped secure meaningful legislation to combat the heroin epidemic in Kentucky. She has chaired and worked on several state and national campaigns and has received national awards for her legislative activism. She holds a bachelor’s of nursing degree.
