Marcia Lee Taylor, MPP, is the President and CEO of the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing teen substance abuse and helping families impacted by addiction. Ms. Taylor also leads the Partnership’s Medicine Abuse Project, a communications and education campaign aimed at reducing teen initiation of Rx drug and OTC cough medicine abuse by half a million. Previously, she served as Senior Advisor for Drug Policy and Research for the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs, working for then-Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr. She has also worked at The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse, for Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan of New York, and was a community organizer in Baltimore. Ms. Taylor is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and holds a master’s in public policy from Georgetown University.
