Government rates are available. To qualify for the federal government rates, guest must show valid I.D. at check-in and be an employee of one of the following:
- Current Federal government employees
- Retired Federal government employees
- Government contractor traveling on official Federal government business with a valid ID
- Military members (active or retired)
- State, county and local government officials
- Members of foreign governments with valid ID

MTC, Inc. is the official housing partner for the 2013 National Rx Drug Abuse Summit. In the event you are contacted by another hotel/housing bureau soliciting hotel reservations for this show and asking for an advance deposit paid directly to the agency, please note that they are unauthorized agents and unable to provide discounted hotel rates that are offered by MTC to those attending.
For your convenience, hotel reservations for the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate may be made on-line at www.mtcreservations.com 24 hours a day or via e-mail to bookit@mtcreservations.com.
If you are a part of a group attending the Summit and require five (5) or more rooms, please download an accommodations form available on the reservations site and fax your request to 732-549-3987. You will receive an acknowledgement of your reservation either by e-mail or fax. If you experience difficulty making your reservations online, or have questions concerning the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, MTC can be reached toll-free at 1-866-549-3985.
Special arrangements have been made with the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate for Summit rooms priced well below regular rates. These rates are exclusive through MTC and will not be extended by the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate directly to agents other than MTC. Rates will remain in effect through March 12, 2013, subject to availability. Early booking is suggested to ensure you receive your preferred arrival/departure dates. Credit card information is required to confirm all reservations.

The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is located 32 miles from Orlando International Airport. Take South exit to 417 South. Take 417 South and follow the signs to I-4 West. Take I-4 West 3 miles past the Walt Disney World® Resort exits to exit 58. Take exit 58 and bear right to the ChampionsGate main entrance.
