Legislative Director, The Office of Congressman Harold “Hal” Rogers
Megan O’Donnell is Legislative Director for Appropriations Committee Chairman Hal Rogers. Megan has served on Congressman Rogers’ staff since 2007, handling a portfolio including transportation, homeland security, energy and justice issues. She now works in close collaboration with Committee staff on developing federal appropriations policies.
Prior to joining Mr. Rogers’ staff, Megan worked in Government Affairs for the Arlington-based National Telecommunications Cooperative Association. During this time, she wrote extensively for NTCA’s award-winning trade publications and managed the association’s political action committee. Megan also served as an Ex Officio Board Member for the National Rural Economic Developers Association, headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
